EXTREMELY HIGH CPU USAGE

Hello, greetings everyone, i need your help please...

My PC is lagging too much when i pop the task manager, there are 2 process with high CPU usage, svchost.exe and iexplore.exe....i can send my "hijack this" log file so you can tell me what files or keys to delete...please i really apreciate your help.....

I had once encountered a similar problem. When I closed internet explorer, sometimes my computer still thought it was running. Try ending the iexplore.exe task.
