my girlfriend's laptop has some spanish malware crap on it and I can't get rid of it
I'm pretty good with this stuff I can usually get rid of most of it but this one is giving me problems.
It loads an IE page on startup to the address http://www.festasbadaladas.com.br/

and in MSN messenger and AIM it hijacks the profile and sends messages to your buddies with links to some trojan. here is my HijackThis log:

Hi djtek and Welcome to GeekstoGo!

Click Start-> Run-> Type in Services.msc and Click OK

Scroll that list and locate this entry

Right Click that entry and Select Properties-> Click Stop-> Go up and change the Startup Type to Disabled

Click Apply-> OK and Exit the Services Page

Copy the text below to a blank notepad page and Save it to the desktop as Find.bat

dir C:\Windows\system32\fonts.{0003000d-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} /a h > File.txt

That will output a txt file on your desktop named Find.txt,I will need you to copy&paste the contents to the next reply.

If you will upload-> C:\WINDOWS\system32\fonts.{0003000d-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}\lsass.exe

Upload that file Here

Also,if you see this folder C:\Windows\system32\dhcp,upload any files inside that folder as well.

Download WinPFind to your C Drive.
http://www.bleepingc...es/winpfind.php

Right Click the Zip Folder and Select "Extract All"

Don't use it yet

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

After restarting in Safe Mode,Configure Windows to Show All Hidden Files and Folders Here is a link to help with that:
http://www.bleepingc...al62.html#winxp

Locate and Delete these 2 folders if found

C:\Windows\system32\dhcp

C:\WINDOWS\system32\fonts.{0003000d-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}

Click Start-> Run-> Copy&Paste the bold text below into the Open Box and Click OK

sc delete WLI

Open HijackThis-> Click "Do a System Scan Only" and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [svchost] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcp\svchost.exe

O23 - Service: Windows Logon Information (WLI) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\fonts.{0003000d-0000-0000-c000-000000000046}\lsass.exe

Now Make sure ALL WINDOWS and BROWSERS are CLOSED and hit the Fix Checked Button

From the WinPFind folder-> Doubleclick WinPFind.exe and Click "Start Scan"

It will scan the entire System, so please be patient

Once you see "Scan Complete"-> a log (WinPFind.txt) will be automatically generated in the WinPFind folder

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here:
Panda Active Scan

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work

Save the Report it generates

Post back with a fresh HijackThis log and the reports from WinPfind and Panda
