Well I personally like Visual Basic 6 but since you can't get that anymore(legally), then I'll link you to Microsoft's Visual Basic 2005 .NET 90 day trial.

You could give it your phone number? or a random number of the correct number of digits. Check this http://www.geekstogo...ic-t108742.html dont know how you can learn VB properly without forst having VB, its like trying to cook without a kitchen.

you could also try the express editions if you're only learning VB (I've recently used the C# one)
