I tried the things it told me to do but had no success.... I'd really appreciate some help !!
It says this:

An unspecified error occurred while trying to authenticate you.
Attempt the following steps below and try again.

* Make sure that cookies are enabled and that your system clock is properly set.
* Try using another browser. MSIE is preferred, but Mozilla versions and variants will work with minor loss of functionality.
* Disable Internet security programs (such as Norton Internet Security / Firewall)
* Close all browsers
* Restart computer.

You should not have to disable a firewall to see a site. Please send the link to the site (PM if not family friendly, please) and we'll check it out for you. The only thing they left off of the list was to dump your temp files.
