How can I find out my system spec's like my Power Supply Watts and if my AGP slots are AGP 2.0?

did you buy the motherboard seperatly? if you did there should have been a cd with utilities on it that would ahve come with the MB, and it should be on their. if you bought the whole computer in one peice, find the brand of the motherboard and go to thier website they should have it their. i have an asus MB and i use the program that came with the MB called"asus probe"
