I think I have a problem with ram memory. I have system mechanics installed on my computer. When I run a check of systems it always tells me that my memory is low. I can reclaim the ram memory and defrag it and the memory level goes up, but you can watch the graphics and it slowly goes back down. What coould be causing this?

Run this, overnight is usual, check it after an hour, if it has already returned errors and you are comfortable with opening the case, switch the PC off, switch off on the tower if it has one, switch off at the mains, remove all but one of the memory sticks, test them indivudually in slot 1

If you only have one stick installed, double check it with a shop, though you will probably need a replacement
