Hi, :whistling:

I have somehow locked my keyboard/touchpad on my laptop. A blue light appears beneath a little icon wih a lock and an downward pointing arrow. I've tried to release my scroll lock but I can't use my keyboard.

Once before I accidentially locked an old laptop keyboard by accidentially pressing one of the mouse buttons...could this be similar? And how can I go about fixing it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Jessica

I know when I had the same problem with an old laptop keyboard a while back...I did a system restore and my keyboard was then unlocked.

Is there any other information you can tell us?

What V2 Premier model is your laptop?

Did the keyboard just lock by itself or did you do something to it?
