Hi, i'm stuck on this game. I've just woken up in the cryo thing and I don't know how to escape. Does anyone know what you do here?

IIRC, you have to jump into one of the incoming capsules before the machine injects you. There's a specific timing for it, but it's been awhile so I don't remember it exactly.
