Desperate for help with Dr.Watson

Dr Watson's postmortem debugger is blocking all access except for the internet. I called Dell Support and they said without taking me back to when I first got my computer they cannot help me. I have a new baby and all of my pictures are locked in this computer! I am computer illiterate!! Please help me!

You will need the folowing programs

1) Please Download HijackThis v 1.99.1

2) About:Buster - Download it and extract it to C:/aboutbuster.

3) CleanUp! - Download it and install it.

4) CWShredder 2.11 - Download it and save it to your desktop.

5) Ad-Aware - Download, install, and update.

6) You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log

When you have completed the above items, please post a HijackThis.Log in to this same topic
