hello,
my problem is that each time i shutdown or restart my pc i get the same end process window, at the top it says it is ending "ShellIconHiddenWindow", i have no idea what this is or if it is adware related but i have run all your suggested removal methods and it remains. i have search my computer for any reference to this on my hard drive but have found nothing. i am quite a noob with computers and i need advice. anyway here is my system spec if you need it. cheers
