can't completely uninstall program

I am trying to get rid of mytunes but howl.dll, msvcr.dll and a MDNSResponder will not delete. When i try it says "access denied."

any ideas?

A bit more detail please, how did you go about removing this program to get to this result then?

Guessing but would either of these two programs help, one to see the processes better, the other to unlocked the blocks

Process explorer is stand alone

cruizer a.k.a....., the first step is to do the bellow, then if that does work follow my post above, then after that please start your own thread here as you problem may differ from becky84

Press; windows flag botton and R botton
type; appwiz.cpl
press; enter
click on the program you want to remove and it should uninstall

CCleaner can often help in these situations. Most often it is able uninstalling software that can't be removed by add\remove option in control panel.
