Recently for some reason out of no where my PC has started playing up...

Basically every now and then (it seems to be getting worse) i will have crackling in my headset. It sounds like distorted sound almost as if like the headphone plug was loose and it was picking up static crackling. Basically I will get it and then as I load stuff and put my PC under pressure it will get worse and worse and then suddenly my PC will just restart it self and then the monitor will like go on standby and not recieve anything output. I dont understand why its doing it and I took my case off and made sure like it wasnt down to anything faulty with the headset port but everything is fine. I really dont know what it can be thats doing it because the two problems dont seem to link, I dont understand why I get crackling sound first before it happens. I have tried using speakers just to make sure the headset wasnt faulty but exact same problem with them.

Any ideas? i need to fix this fast!
