Too many folders in Doc. & Settings?

I have these 4 in C/Documents and Settings:
(My Name) 85 MB
Administrator: 15 MB
All Users: 4 MB
Default User: 16 MB
I'm the only user of the computer. Do I need all these? Some of the programs in them are the same. Can any be safely deleted?
