Hello,

What program are you using to play the DVD?
Many people use a program called PowerDVD but I am not sure if this is free.

A freeware program that runs DVD's pretty well is VLC Media Player

You can download it from here - VLC
(This file is 15.4 MB)

If you need anymore help. let me know.
