need help with windows media player 10

I recently downloaded windows media player 10.When the download had completed i clicked on the media player, but then when i clicked on anything it said the program is not responding.I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but the same thing happened again.I also tried system restore and that didn't work.I don't know what else to do can anyone help me please? :tazz:

Hi shev. Try being a little patient with it. I think it's registering your media so it will use a lot of resourses until it's done. However i could be wrong. Give it a go and let us know.
