First of all, thank you in advacne for any help you can give. I have posted this on another forum, but have not gotten a response yet and it has been three days.

I have read the various guides to removing the HSA and others, but they all have steps that require booting in safe mode. I am not able to that on my computer, as it is a work laptop, and has been password protected. Is there any way to remove these without booting in safe mode? I have tried every available program out there.

Again, thank you for your help

I see you have a reply there.
It's not recommended to post at two different sites. I advise you to choose one forum and let that forum help you.
