Hello

A few days ago following problem appeared. If I type in a web address on the address bar and click on GO, nothing happens. However, if I go to my favorites web sites and click on any one of them, up comes the site. Also, if I look up a web site on google and click on it, up it comes. Wonder if I have a problem with an XP system file ( not that I know what i am talking about!!).

Hi WDD...

Go to "Add or Remove Programs" in Control Panel. Tick the box at the top to "Show Updates". Scroll down the list to the updates and locate KB908531. If it's there, remove it and reboot. Try accessing pages through the address bar.
