This is a brand new computer at my company and you cant see the file edit view favorites tools help menus when you open up I.E. The funny thing is ...when you click in the area some menus will pop up but you dont see which menu you are in. Any clues on how i can fix this? When i go into my desktop properties...it says i have a "modified theme" It wont let me switch themes tho. Think this is the evil root to this problem?
