Hey, Lately I've been having trouble with my home computer. So here's the thing I start it up, then when my desktop loads a bunch of windows appears;all of them saying something about installing wininet.dll to fix the problem. I thought, easy, just go online, not that simple. My internet program is not working, neither the regular internet explorer. Along with that a bunch of other things won't start. Safe mode works, but doesnt help, and system restore aint doing diddle. So my question is how can I get back wininet.dll without internet connection or the Windows XP installation disc. Thanks
