task manager is not showing the tabs to swich between what applications are running and what the network utilization is. It also does not show the name "task manager" on the windows toolbar. theres a picture of my desktop included I dont know if this is a real problem or If I just have to hit control f to show the menu or something 20]

Double-click on the grey area at the top of Task Manager.

When I first encountered that problem, I had no idea what to do too. But when I found the solution, all I could do was laugh at how simple it was.
