I have a memory problem, when I try to download anything it says not enough memory but when I look into what memory I have got it says there is 97% free. I just tried the winaudit programme and it's come up with driveC 3% used, used space 3.93 gb free space 108gb. Then I find driveE 100% used and 469 mg total and used. Would this be the problem and if so how can I fix it. Any help would be appreciated :whistling:

what is your drive E? is it a partition of the main hard drive? is it a cd drive? is it a rediculously small secondary physical drive? can you access the data that's on e?

try going through the malware forum and see if that helps any

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
