Internat (an unwanted program) keeps restarting my defrag!

I've tried getting rid of it before, but I can't seem to do the job.
Also if there is any free defragger out there that you would recomend, I would be gratefull to hear it.
I mean, the one that came with Windows ME is, at the most, 6 years old!

Do a Control-Alt-Delete on the keyboard, and stop all porgrams there except systray and explorer. Then try doing a defrag. After the defrag a reboot will bring everything back running. If that still does not work, do a defrag from safe mode.

You could try Diskeeper Lite, its freeware, similar to the XP version but faster.
And it doesnt have the scheduling features of the paid version.

Great, I just defragged using disklite. Perfect.
I had to do it in safe mode though. But even in that, internat started up!
I also found out that I have this Zango toolbar thingy to get rid of as well, and adaware cant do it even though it found it.
Internat and Zango, I should go post this in the spyware forum. Bah, I'll do it later. I have to go somewere right now.

~Thanks
