I restarted my computer one day to find it running very slowly (the internet took about 10 times longer to load) and my online computer games were also running slower and lagging. I realized that something was wrong. Also i have Norton anti-virust software and there will always be a sign that popups saying INFENCTION FOUND birdasfihuy...but the problems is it can't delete it because access is denied. So i downloaded Ewido and it was able to get rid of it or so i thought because then it pop backed up again with Norton. I dont know what to do i really need some help and dont want to resort to reformatting because it is such a pain.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .
That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
