I am trying to record a simulation of a spring motor that is looped back and forth (plays forward then backward) and the help in solidworks has nothing to do with this. it only really shows how to play it.

Is there someone who knows how to record it or is there a way to record something like a screen video (instead of a screenshot) to record this animation?
