I think I am missing a check box somewhere, but can't find it. When I open up IE either from the desktop icon or from a shortcut on the desktop directly to a favorite website, I get the website with the proper url in the address window but a blank window. If I click the refresh icon, the site loads properly. I thought there was a button to refresh the window each time I open it, but can't seem to find it. Is this as simple as a check box, or a cache issue?
