Slow internet even after reformat

Im not sure what the problem is at first i thought it was spyware so i went through the whole hijack this process and the spyware got deleted but my internet was still a lot slower than it has been for about 2 years. So i decided to reformat but here i am with a slow and laggy internet trying to figure out what to do because it shouldnt be this slow.

Maybe check your BIOS and make sure your running at "optimal settings", and/or check that the Front Side Bus speed is correct.
