Enter the BIOS Setup and set it it to "Default" settings. To do this, restart the machine and tap either the Delete or F1 key during boot. It will say on the bottom of the first screen which key to press..."Press [key] to enter setup"

Once in BIOS, look for the instruction (usually at the bottom or right side of the screen) for a key to press to set the Bios Default (or Fail Safe Default on some machines)...it's usually the F5 key. Save the setting by pressing F10, exit BIOS, and see if you can start the inatallation using my earlier suggestion.

okay, still says the same thing, doesnt work. hmmm...
