For approximately the past 3-4 weeks, I haven't been able to access any of my several email accounts from the yahoo, hotmail and netscape websites. When I goto each of these homepages and click on the "mail" link, I am immediately directed to an "internet optimizer/error" page each and every single time. I am not sure whether or not this is a computer problem or a webpage / network server issue. Please help with as much info as possible. All comments/suggestions welcomed and appreciated......immensely!!!! I sometimes use limewire which might have been the gateway for a viral infection....is this possible?????..........lemme know. Thanks again!

I don't know if you have malware, but we should check to rule that out.

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log here.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
