Kinda starting to look like a compatability problem. I can't seem to find much on the wireless keyboard and mouse you have... :whistling:

The errors started occuring again whenever I plugged the wireless set in.
When looking at the Vivanco site, half of the products are listed in German, so I've no idea on how to find the keyboard I have.

Yup...same problem I was having. I even tried the searching the model number and serial number...both on their site and using google. Both with no result. That's where your problem is, though. Either the drivers or the hardware are not compatable with XP.

The box that in came in, says that it is compatible with XP. I assume this only means the Hardware. Is there a way to update the drivers so they'll be compatible? If not, then no worries, I'll just go buy a new Wireless mouse.

Thanks for all your help so far.

I have been unable to find anything for your mouse/keyboard in the way of drivers. NOthing on the Mfg's website seems to address separate drivers other than those that come with the hardware. (My daughter is taking German in high school, so we were able to look the site over a little better than I did last time... :whistling: )

Your idea of getting a new wireless mouse would be the best option at this point. It may be that the German hardware needs to be installed and used together to work correctly.

Yeah, I gave the Wireless keyboard/mouse to my sister, and there's been no problems on her computer so far. Right now, I'm just using a wired mouse, and I'll probably just stay with that as there's been no problems on my desktop.

Ah well, Thanks for your help, if you hadn't helped me, I'd still be sitting here with a dodgy computer ^_^
