Help Needed: Missing Outlook (.pst) file, inaccessible desktop & r

A couple of days ago our computer started running very slowly and had trouble openning some applications, we eventually lost the Outlook (.pst) file and couldn't load the desktop after one of the random shut-downs. I did a system restore and ran Norton virus scan, things seem to have stabilized - but the computer is still very slow and the random shut-downs are still happening. Here is the HijackThis log, any help would be appreciated:
