All of a sudden my bookmarks have disappeared! Now not only have I lost them BUT I can not save anymore :whistling: I click on "add a bookmark"; " the little window pops: up save as:" and I click "ok" and it
just sits there and does nothing until I finally click "cancel" in frustration.
I deleted my Mozilla and re installed but that didn't work.
Any ideas on what to do in this situation?
Keep replies simple please
Thank you, Suzan

Sorry, i was away a few days.

It means:- Click on - Start (button) > Run > (now type in box) firefox.exe -p This command will open your Profile Manager showing you what Profiles you have, select the default one and start Firefox. Assuming you were using the default profile previously you'll regain access to your data, including bookmarks.
