Have you checked to see if your IRQ's are assinging automatically? If it is set to manual you will encounter problems like this. How do i do this?

Welcome back! Let's take a look at how the irq's are being used.
Open Device Manager, click on "View" on the toolbar, and select "Resources by type". Expand "Interupt Request" and look at what IRQ is assigned to each device. Do any of the devices share the same IRQ?
Then right click on each device listed and choose "Properties". Under the "Resources" tab, check to see if there are any conflicts listed for the device.
Let me know what you find.

Nope...that's Input/Output Port information.
The video card should be listed with the other devices that you listed for me.

That's better...
Give me just a bit to research this. Nothing is jumping out at me, but I'd like to see if the PCI to USB sharing with the sound device might be a possibility. I know that a sound card sharing an IRQ with the video card is not recommended, but I'm not sure about USB and sound...
