Looking at the problems you've been having, I would suspect you need more than just a new connector for the motherboard. I'd say that your motherboard is probably bad...period. Without being able to troubleshoot it further, it's hard to say for sure, but you've certainly got the symptoms. :whistling:

Another option is to delete the Verdana fonts from the font folder, download the attached file, and save it to your desktop. Extract the files to C:\Windows\fonts

Does this resolve the problem?
