I have not much time at the moment, but did a fast test results attached, hope they come out so you can read.

Well I tryed to attach the results, but it does not seem to work, tried it three times, will try again later.

I got 390kbs, and should have 576 ??? do you think I got a virus, I have Kaspersky, and adaware and spybot, and a few other things.

lets try something...download firefox..install it and see if you have the sme problem with speed fluctuations...if you dont we will know its some setting in IE..if you have the same problem..we will know its a network setting or your ISP, modom or router if you have one

I have been away for a week sorry.

Yes I did try TCP Optimizer, but things were the same. Certain sites are now slower, like at the start of this problem, my home site was very fast, now its very slow, and just will not come on fully, there are 25 items still remaning on the yahoo site, but some are fast, but the ones I use the most are the slow ones.

One more thing I noticed, as just now I opened hijack this but then closed it, then tried to open it again, but my computer kept saying it was open, but it was not open, this has happened with one or tow other programs, and it’s a quite new computer and fast, 2048 ddr ram pent d, and I do a check on ad-aware spybot, and have Kaspersky, and here is my hijack this log, it might help.

you have a butt load of programs starting with windows that aren't necessary to start at boot time...I also noticed you have AOL...it is a resource hog and should be removed... and you are on broadband...I'm afraid that on this website only the security pros can help you with your HJT log...repost your log in the malware forum and when they get done with you we will trim up your system to a good "fighting weight "
