So yesterday, i had to use the windows recovery to get my pc back after it failed to boot up. That worked out ok, and my pc is now back to normal. Well, Except i have no sound now.

The sound properties window says there is "No Audio Device"

I tried uninstalling the drivers and then installing them again from my applications cd, but they won't install now. I don't know why.

Can anyone help me here?

Thanks alot.
