I have a question about this. Before I move the HD to the new MOBO will I need to reformat the HD? (How do you do this? I've forgotten)

Unless the mobo is the same you have to reinstall windows if its your primary OS to get the new drivers into the OS, a repair install can also somtimes work for this. If its not the system disk then you dont need a reformat, if you still want to use DBAN.
