hi could anyone tell me if there a are any compatibility issues with limewire (filesharing software) and software or hardware or if it is just bad all round for your computer if ethier is true could anyone recomened a good one please thank you

Hi,

Limewire is considered to have alot of spyware.

http://spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/ - This is a list of Good/Bad P2P programs.

Also, here is a quote:

Limeware is a p2p program similar to KaZaA.

It installs lots of garbage at the same time.

One of the best ways of getting infected is to install KaZaA, Imash or Limeware (or limeshop).

Only do so on a spare PC. Not your live one. UNLESS you are certain you can get yourself clean.


Overall,

It is not recommended to install this program on your computer.

I'm useing morpheus right now.It does contain adware by the way.its got a kazza feel to it if you used it b4.
