hey. im not sure if this if the right forum to post this, but im having a huge problem with some spyware. i keep getting this strange pop-up telling me my computer is infected, and i have spyware, and then it links me to Spyfalcon. i attatched a picture showing the pop-up. also, this icon appears on the task bar, looks like a green wheel chair. you can see it in the picture.
as well, this program, yazzle sudoku, keeps installing itself on my computer. i've used spyware doctor, i used the SmitRem program and procedure listed on this site, but nothings working. anyone have any suggestions? please, it's killing my comp. thanks

Please go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
