Hi guys

Thanks for your help, for the first time in 5months I've been able to download updates! Yeah the folder is there now so I guess everything must have screwed up early on. But now it seems OK.
Really appreciate your help thanks so much!
Funny...Microsoft designed and wrote the operating system and they couldn't find a solution. It took 6 weeks for them to come up with next to nothing!
