Error 126 on Startup
Can anyone tell me what to do when I get the following error message?

"Cannot find import; DLL may be missing,corrupt or wrong version"

File rt170.bpl error 126.

This message appears on desktop during start up .

Any assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
