I would like help to upgrade my pentium 2 350mhz to a pentium 2 450 mhz but I don't know if it will be compatible or fit...etc? It (450mhz) will cost only $10- with the heatsink. I don't know if it will make a difference but my VOIP says it requires a 400 mhz chip, so... Thank you for any help/advice you can give.

The only thing that might stop you is that the bios on the motherboard does not have the setup to see a processor larger than the 350. You may be able to download a bios upgrade but i think it would be hard to find one for that old of a computer. All you can really do is try the processor and see if it works. You may have to change the stepping in the bios for the processor.
