Hi, can anyone tell me how to convert a WAV file to an MP3? I want to post music on a website, but again and again, it says that the file is too large. From what I have seen, the easiest way to decrease the size without ruining the sound is to convert the WAV file into an MP3 one. If there is another way to decrease the size of the file or if anyone knows how to simply convert the file, can they tell me?

Download the trial version of dbPoweramp. This will convert almost anything to mp3. Just Google for it.

You might look into EAC (Exact Audio Copy). It does take a while to convert simply because EAC wil replay parts of songs to get it as close as possible to the original.

 Try to convert with SoundTaxi It supports lots of popular audio formats, it's easy to use & I just love it! The prime feature of this proggie is removing audio_RM protection if music is purchased on line (like iTunes, Napster... music) :whistling:
