SSDP failed to start

Hello all

My first post here.
I cannot seem to start the SSDP discovery service or the Universal plug and play device host , i get the dependancy service or group failed to start error 1068.
They were both working but i cannot restore to the point they were.
Any ideas

You have already been in Admin Tools> Sevices and right clicked, chosen properties and confirmed those services are set to manual or automatic?
