I want to delete a certain email that I received - and I want it to be irretrievable. I am using Outlook 2003. I know to delete it, empty deleted items, and then empty the recycle bin, but I know it has to be stored elsewhere where a good geek could find it.

You can use CCleaner which has the option to set it to secure file deletion, or Tune Up Trial, which has a shredder
