CDR capacity not correct.

Hi I do not understand why Nero disc info stared that my 'Duraplus' cdr is only 736MB. and not 800MB. I am using 800MB/90MIN cdr. When I tried to burn the image file it say not enough space, the image file is 779MB. I tried in nero expert feature and set 90min, but is still the same. Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks.
