I AM NEW TO COMPUTERS, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CUT AND PASTE A HIJACKTHIS FILE! I THINK I HAVE THAT MGARTE.EXE FROM MCAFFEE AND ALSO OTHERS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO CUT AND PASTE THE HIJACKTHIS FILE TO THIS FORUM? ALSO I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO ACCESS MY NOTEPAD TO PASTE IT. THANKS!

well...in HJT when you press the save log button it automatically opens the log in notepad....then you would click in that open window and press ctrl + a then start your post in the malware forum (link in my signature) and then you would click in the little box where you t ype your post and press ctrl + v ...that will paste the log directly into that post

REMEMBER DO NOT POST HJT LOGS ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE MALWARE FORUM...

well this is geosey. first I don't know what hjt means and how do I save the log?, also what little window do I click in? and are you saying to push the control and the a button at the same time? (very confusing!
