F-secure keeps coming up saying 'Virus Detected' giving http://www.f-secure..../bropia_a.shtml as the definition of it.

Forgive my n00bishness, but it says 'Item could not be disinfected' when I get F-secure to try and disinfect it - what do I do!!!

Sorry for the short abruptness of this post, but its getting to me!!
