Hi,

I work for a company with a small network of 8 PCs and no IT guru to help us! We have recently replaced a PC with a new one and it is already displaying a disconcerting tendancy to hang at the slightest provocation.

Invariably the error message is along the lines of the following:

szAppName : ShowTime.exe szAppVer : 2.0.0.39 szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

and only the name of the application varies according to what programs are running at the time.

I have scanned the PC for spyware and malware etc and referred the results to a Tech in this group who has suggested I post a question in this forum.

If anyone can suggest a place to start investigating the cause of these problems I shall be very grateful,
