Hey, yep my first post and I am asking for help, Everytime I click on Control Panel, Recycle Bin even My Computer, I get a message saying:

Buffer Overrun Detected!

Program: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

Can someone Pleeease help me?!?!?!?!? ANd when I click OK the screen goes blank for a bit (only wallpaper or other program that is running can be seen) then it comes back.
