Hi all,

I am getting an error while trying to copy stuff from a dvd\cd. I can read info. I have attached a jpeg of the error. Please reply if you can help.

Hi Andrew,

There is a good chance your optic medium (ie your CD or DVD disc) is corrupted or damaged.
Check out the link below or google cyclic redundancy error to find out more. This is usually a good first step before asking in a forum.

However be careful if you download freeware of websites as you can inherit built in spyware/adware/malware with many such downloads. I don't know the site in the link above so can't speculate on this, but the information should be useful as a starting point
